Simple one-story house. I actually quite liked this one. Very open floorplan with big kitchen and living room area! Notice there is no cover over the front door! What's with these houses?! No potential for workshop other than half of garage - HOA major restictions on what can be added - 10x10ft max. Only 1/4 acre lot and back yard is pretty much all trees. Course, only take 5 mins to cut grass!! Has great potential for first house, but definitely not something longer than a few years. For just me, it'd probably be great!
