This is a nice house that has a lot to offer. At 2430 it's the same sqft as most of the other ones I like, but this one has the added bonuds of a basement with bonus room and SHOP! The main livingroom/den though isn't really ideal for a good home theater. not really enough depth, but it could certainly be done, even possibly in the basement.
