From in the cul-de-sac, the back yard is fullky fenced in, would be great for letting kitty cats out for a while. The back of the house faces north so the patio on back gets afternoon shade naturally from the house. I just realized that: while the house doesn't have a dedicated workshop area, the garage is actually a bit oversized, and I could potentially extend the house out this way and add one on! Hmmm....
